Exchanges & Returns
We understand that occasionally you may make a purchase that you aren’t 100% happy with, whether it’s the wrong size or just not your style. At The Country Home Collection, we want to make sure you love everything you buy, and if not we offer one free retrun per order.
For UK Orders Only: We want to make the process as easy as possible for you to place a return, so providing the item hasn’t been damaged, used or installed in any way we will happily refund within 30 days (of order arrival date). Please ensure goods are packaged properly as damaged items will not be refunded.
For Orders From Outside the UK: We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return postage. Providing the item hasn’t been damaged, used, or installed in any way, we will happily refund within 30 days (of order arrival date). Please ensure goods are packaged properly, as damaged items will not be refunded. Additionally, please mark the parcel as a “return” to avoid any customs charges. Any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Note: In order for us to process the return, please include your order number on the email. This can be found on your order confirmation or you can log into your account.
Note: We only offer one free return per order, and any subsequent returns will be at your cost. For example, if you place an order for 5 items and want to return them all, that's 100% fine, just email us and we will arrange the return of all 5 items free of charge. However, if you want to return 2 items, and then at a later date (within the 30 day return period) you want to return the remaining 3 items, the second return would be at your cost.
Note: Refunds will be processed within our system once approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank. If you have any questions, please contact us.
